#1 Rule When Enrolling a Member
Healthcare Advisors aren’t allowed to fill out the enrollment form for members under any circumstances. The registration page must be filled out and completed by MEMBER ONLY.
Payments & Fees
Payment Date: Monthly payments are triggered on the 20th of each month, but may not show up on the members account until 1-2 business days after.
Past Due Payments: If the member’s payment is not received by the 30th of the month their membership is automatically submitted for cancellation. The member must make the past due payment before the 5th of the month.
Cancellation Policy

- Update payment method
